Admission Process Overview
At Nypunya School of Excellence, our admission process ensures a comprehensive evaluation that aligns with our commitment to academic excellence.
Written Test
Students undertaking the written test will face age-appropriate questions, assessing logical, analytical, application, and general knowledge within the relevant subject.
Diagnostic Test Incharge:
- Admission Coordinator will conduct the test and paper evaluation will be done by the respective subject teacher.
- The Admission Coordinator will give a report of diagnostic test to the Principal.
- Principal will interact with the parents & the students and decide on admission after receipt of report from the Admission Coordinator.
- In case of KG child, interaction with the principal will transpire post-interaction with KG Coordinator.
- The report of diagnostic test shall be filed along with the documents submitted during admission.
- In case the admission is rejected, the report shall be filed in a separate file along with the enquiry form of the child.
Interview Stage
Selected students will undergo an interview with the Principal. During this stage, original documents must be submitted for verification.
Teaching-Learning Dynamics
In our commitment to an effective teaching-learning process, class sizes are deliberately limited. Prospective parents are urged to understand the institutional constraints arising from the finite number of available seats.

Admissions for Classes 1 to 9 are finalised based on performance. It’s important to note that some classes may have no vacancies.
